How do I book an interview slot?
When you register to attend the event, you will receive an SMS and email with all the details you will need to book your interview slot.
What should I bring?
Your CV and any QQI certificates or references you have. It would also be very helpful if you brought your passport or driver's licence and a proof of address document, as if you are successful on the day, we will be able to complete your garda vetting.
Do I need care experience?
Yes, previous care experience is required; however, this includes caring for a loved one or family member. It is essential that the care you have provided includes all the areas of personal hygiene. If you do have experience but do not have the QQI certs, don't let that put you off. We can support you through obtaining them.
Do I need a car?
You need your own car and a full drivers licence to get between client visits. Public transport alone won't be sufficient for this role.
What areas does Tipperary cover?
We provide care all across County Tipperary. On the day, we will discuss the availability of hours in your specific area.
